Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to an inclusive experience for all visitors.

Accessibility at The Residences

The Residences is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which are the current internationally recognized standards for web accessibility.

We actively work to make our site easier to use for people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technologies, and for those who need larger text, high contrast, or other accommodations.

What we have done

In building and maintaining this website, we have worked to:

Provide text alternatives for all non-decorative images so screen readers can describe visual content. Use heading structure, landmark regions, and ARIA labels so pages are navigable by keyboard and assistive technology. Ensure sufficient color contrast between text and background throughout the site. Make all interactive elements focusable and operable without a mouse. Write clear, plain-language copy that is readable at a variety of literacy levels. Avoid content that flashes or moves in ways that could cause discomfort.

Known limitations

We are a small team and may not catch every issue. Some third-party tools integrated into this site, such as our contact and application forms, are provided by outside vendors. We select vendors with accessibility in mind and encourage them to maintain accessible products, but we cannot fully control their implementations.

We are also in the process of uploading photos to our media library. Some images may have incomplete alt text during this transition. We are working to resolve this.

How to get help

If you encounter a barrier on our website, please let us know. We take these reports seriously and will work to resolve issues promptly. You can reach us by phone, email, or through our contact form.

When you contact us, please describe the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what device or assistive technology you were using. This helps us identify and fix the issue faster.

Third-party content

Some pages on this site may include links to third-party websites, including our property management partners and local businesses we reference. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of those external sites and encourage you to contact those organizations directly with any accessibility concerns.
