What is the minimum stay?
We require a minimum stay of 30 days. There is no maximum. Many residents stay for a semester, a year, or longer.
What is included in the monthly rent?
Everything. Your room, all utilities, room cleaning service, on-site parking, and coin-operated laundry access are all covered. No separate bills.
How do I schedule a live tour?

How do I apply?
You can apply online through our apply page. We will review your application and follow up within one business day.
Are rooms available now?
Rooms have been newly renovated and are available now. Contact us to check current availability and ask about move-in dates.
Who is The Residences a good fit for?
Students, visiting faculty, researchers, professionals on assignment, graduate students, retirees, and anyone needing a fully furnished home for a month or longer. The longer you stay, the more it feels like home.
Are service animals welcome?
Yes. Certified service animals are always welcome at The Residences in accordance with fair housing law. Please let us know when you reach out so we can make any arrangements needed. The standard pet policy does not apply to certified service animals.
