Every room at The Residences has been newly renovated and comes fully furnished. There is nothing to buy, nothing to set up, and nothing to figure out. You move in, and it already feels like home.
Rooms accommodate a maximum of two people. Select rooms include a private balcony or outdoor space. Your monthly rent covers everything below so there are no surprise costs.
Please note: towels, bed linens, dishes, and cookware are not provided. Residents bring their own.

A month, a semester, or as long as you need
The Residences is a place to live, not a place to pass through. We have a 30-day minimum stay, and there is no maximum. Many of our residents stay for a full semester, an academic year, or longer. The longer you stay, the more it feels like home.
30-Day Minimum
We require a minimum stay of 30 days. This is a home, not a hotel room.
Monthly Agreements
Stay month to month and extend as you go. Great for students, visiting faculty, researchers, and professionals on assignment.
Longer Terms Welcome
Semester-long and year-long stays are available and encouraged. The longer you stay, the more settled you become.
Simple, smart layouts
Each room is a private, self-contained space. Your sleeping area, workspace, kitchenette, and bathroom are all within easy reach. Everything is laid out to support daily life, not just overnight stays.
